Bishop McNamara put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They never let the Milford Bearcats get on the board and left with a 6-0 win. This was payback for the Fightin' Irish, who suffered a 5-4 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Taylor Fuerst was excellent, scoring two runs while going 3-for-3. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in doubles (two). Max Rohr also deserves some recognition as he hit his first triple of the season.

Bishop McNamara's victory bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Milford, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.

Coming up, Bishop McNamara will face off against Andrew at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday. As for Milford, a feisty cat fight will be fought as Milford Bearcats face off against Paxton-Buckley-Loda Panthers at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
