Softball Recap: Littlerock Comes Up Short

Littlerock was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 13-3 to the Lancaster Eagles. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Lobos of the 11-3 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2024.

Littlerock's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Lancaster, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-2.

Coming up, Littlerock will challenge Antelope Valley at 3:15 p.m. on Thursday. Antelope Valley has struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 13.2 runs per game on average), something Littlerock will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Lancaster, they will face off against Eastside at 3:15 p.m. on Thursday. The last three games Eastside has played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
