Forest Park came tearing into Thursday's contest with 12 straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Washington Hatchets by a score of 3-1. This was payback for the Rangers, who suffered a 3-2 loss the last time these two teams met.

Forest Park walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the first set). The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 22-25, 25-23, 25-20.

Forest Park's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Mya Wehr, who had 18 digs and two assists. With that strong performance, Wehr is now averaging an impressive 10.1 digs per game. The team also got some help courtesy of Carli Hagedorn, who had 12 digs and two aces.

Forest Park's win bumped their record up to 19-3. As for Washington, their defeat was their sixth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 14-8.

Forest Park wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Heritage Hills on the 29th. As for Washington, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-2 loss against Loogootee on the 2nd.
