The victory snapped Edgewood's losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 6-3 record. As for Irvington Preparatory Academy, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6.

Looking ahead, Edgewood will head out on the road to challenge Scottsburg at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The Warriors' defense has only allowed 11.3 points per game this season, so the Mustangs' offense will have their work cut out for them. Irvington Preparatory Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
