Volleyball Recap: Adams Takes a Loss

Adams lost against Romeo back in October of 2018, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Highlanders fell just short of the Bulldogs by a score of 2-1.

Adams' loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 2-5-1. As for Romeo, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 6-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Adams will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Stoney Creek at 5:00 p.m. on September 9. As for Romeo, they will face off against Anchor Bay at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The matchup will give the Bulldogs their first taste of in-conference action this season.
