Recap: Hamilton Bulldogs vs. Lampasas Badgers
The Hamilton Bulldogs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five matchups by 20 points or more this season. They took their matchup at home on Tuesday with ease, bagging a 62-34 victory over Lampasas. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 39-13.
Hamilton's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Brooklyn Bragg led the charge by dropping a double-double on 21 points and 11 rebounds. That makes it three consecutive games in which Bragg has scored at least 25% of Hamilton's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kelton Wright, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and 11 rebounds.
Hamilton is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season. As for Lampasas, their loss dropped their record down to 6-15.
Hamilton and Little River Academy will round out the year against one another at 2:40 p.m. on December 28th at. Lampasas' road trip will continue as they head out to face Llano at 12:00 p.m. on December 29th. Llano is out to stop a four-game streak of losses at home.
