Blaedin Josephson posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Tuesday. As a matter of fact, he turned in his biggest game of the season, not allowing a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out nine over five innings pitched. He also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because Anahuac is 2-1 when he allows at most one earned run, but 1-5-1 otherwise.
