Softball Recap: Rappahannock County Comes Up Short

Rappahannock County fell victim to Clarke County and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They lost 20-0 to the Eagles. Rappahannock County has struggled against Clarke County recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost meeting.

Rappahannock County's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Clarke County, the win got them back to even at 4-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Rappahannock County will challenge Eastern View at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. The Cyclones will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Rappahannock County surely won't give up without a fight. As for Clarke County, they will welcome Berkeley Springs at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
