Baseball Recap: University Continues Road Dominance on Friday

University won the last time they faced Lewis & Clark and things went their way on Friday too. The Titans came out on top against the Tigers by a score of 7-2. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Titans.

University pushed their record up to 6-2 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. The road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.8 runs on average over those games. As for Lewis & Clark, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-5 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. University will challenge rival Mead at 10:30 a.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Lewis & Clark is set to square off against their familiar foe Cheney at 12:00 p.m. on Monday.
