Baseball Recap: Sterling Takes a Loss

Friday just wasn't the day for Sterling's offense. They lost 15-0 to the Carnegie Vanguard Rhinos on Friday. That's two games in a row now that the Raiders have lost by exactly 15 runs.

This is the second loss in a row for Sterling and nudges their season record down to 1-8-1. As for Carnegie Vanguard, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 9-2.

Sterling wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, a 15-0 loss against Milby on the 8th. As for Carnegie Vanguard, they have also already played their next contest, a 4-1 defeat against Galena Park on the 8th.
