Basketball Game Preview: Oxon Hill Clippers vs. Sierra Pacific Golden Bears

Having just played yesterday, the Oxon Hill Clippers will jump right back in to play the Sierra Pacific Golden Bears at 12:35 p.m. on Saturday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Oxon Hill saw some tournament action on Friday. They took a blow against Hampton, falling 63-34.

Meanwhile, after a string of four wins, Sierra Pacific's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They were beaten by Riverdale Baptist 61-34. While losing is never fun, the Golden Bears can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' basketball rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 75th in California, while the Crusaders are ranked fifth in Maryland).

Oxon Hill's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Sierra Pacific, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-3.
