Basketball Recap: Fernando Grande Leads a Balanced Attack to Beat Miami Christian

Divine Savior Academy won the last time they faced Miami Christian and things went their way on Monday too. The Divine Savior Academy Sharks put the hurt on the Miami Christian Victors with a sharp 76-53 victory. Given the Sharks' advantage in MaxPreps' Florida basketball rankings (they are ranked 52nd, while the Victors are ranked 277th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Divine Savior Academy got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Fernando Grande out in front who went 6 for 13 on his way to 17 points in addition to five assists and five boards. Another player making a difference was David Watson, who went 5 of 7 en route to 15 points and eight rebounds.
