It was a good run, but Como-Pickton unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Tuesday. They lost 3-0 to the Commerce Tigers. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Eagles have suffered since November 7, 2024.

The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-18, 25-14.

Como-Pickton's loss dropped their record down to 11-6. As for Commerce, they now have a winning record of 6-5.

Coincidentally, Como-Pickton and Commerce will both be playing Miller Grove the next time they take the court. The Tigers will host the Hornets at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, while the Eagles will play them later in the day, at 11:00 a.m.
