Volleyball Recap: Muscle Shoals Picks Up Third Consecutive Victory + How To Watch

Muscle Shoals had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Rogers Pirates. The Trojans have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Pirates, too.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 21-25, 25-13, 25-17.

Janiyah Oates paced Muscle Shoals' offense, picking up 15 kills. Oates got some help from Olivia Chapman and her 34 assists. Makenzie Sears and Charli Vincent kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with three aces apiece.

The win got Muscle Shoals back to even at 4-4. As for Rogers, they now have a losing record of 4-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Muscle Shoals will challenge Cullman at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Rogers, they will head out to face off against Clements at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
