Baseball Recap: Ridgewood Comes Up Short

Ridgewood was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 8-1 to the Hiland Hawks. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Hawks this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 15-1 on Monday.

Ridgewood's defeat dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Hiland, the victory keeps they at an undefeated 11-0.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Ridgewood will head out to square off against Barnesville at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Hiland, they will venture away from home to face off against East Canton at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
