Volleyball Game Preview: Mount Tabor Spartans vs. Northern Guilford Nighthawks

After both having extra time off, the Mount Tabor Spartans and the Northern Guilford Nighthawks will shake off the rust and duke it out at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Mount Tabor is headed into Tuesday's game looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their fourth straight game on Tuesday. They lost 3-0 to Reagan.

Meanwhile, after a string of six wins, Northern Guilford's good fortune finally ran out last Wednesday. They came up short against West Forsyth, falling 3-0.

While Northern Guilford was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-23, 25-12.

Mount Tabor's loss dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Northern Guilford, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-2.
