The Dallas Dragons will head out on the road to face off against the Silverton Foxes at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Dallas comes in on three and Silverton on five.
Dallas is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. Their pitchers stepped up to hand Crescent Valley a 12-0 shutout on Monday. The team's explosion at the plate also rewarded the Dragons with their most commanding win of the season.

Grace Walls was incredible, going a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run, five RBI, and three runs. Those five RBI gave her a new career-high. Ava Woods was another key player, going 2-for-3 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs.
Dallas always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .556. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.
Meanwhile, Silverton's rock-solid pitcher showed up for the team's fourth consecutive shutout on Monday. Everything went their way against South Albany as they made off with a 12-0 victory. The result was nothing new for the Foxes, who have now won six contests by eight runs or more so far this season.
The team relied heavily on Madalynn Ehrens, who went a perfect 4-for-4 with three runs, three doubles, and two RBI. Another player making a difference was Paisley Rains, who went 3-for-4 with two runs, two doubles, and one triple.
Dallas' win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-6. Those home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.6 runs over those games. As for Silverton, their record now sits at 9-4.
Everything went Dallas' way against Silverton in their previous meeting back in March, as Dallas made off with an 11-4 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Dragons since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
