Puyallup kept a clean sheet against Yelm on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Tornados with a sharp 8-0 victory. Considering Puyallup have won eight matchups by more than two goals this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

The win was the third in a row for Puyallup, bringing their record up to 11-1-1. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 16 goals over those three contests. As for Yelm, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine games. That's still a better percentage than their 1-13-1 record this season.

Puyallup will face off against Spanaway Lake at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. The timing is sure in Puyallup's favor as the squad sits on five straight wins at home while Spanaway Lake have been banged up by three consecutive losses on the road. As for Yelm, they will square off against Graham-Kapowsin at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
