Baseball Recap: Tintic Takes a Loss

Tintic and Panguitch squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Tintic had to settle for second. They lost 19-2 to the Bobcats. Having soared to a lofty 16 runs in the game before, the Miners couldn't push the score so high this time.

Tintic saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Braylon Jones, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one RBI.

Tintic's defeat dropped their record down to 7-11. As for Panguitch, the win was the tenth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 21-3.

As of now, neither Tintic nor the Bobcats have any future games scheduled.
