Soccer Recap: Pine View Makes It Four in a Row at Home

Pine View hadn't done well against Cedar recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Panthers' defense stepped up to hand the Reds a 1-0 shutout. That's two games straight that Pine View have won by just one goal.

Their one-goal win came courtesy of Bryan Gonzalez, who's now up to two this season.

Pine View's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 4-2. Those home wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 17 goals over those four matchups. As for Cedar, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6.
