Westfall and Northwest squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Westfall had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Mohawks by a score of 9-8. The Mustangs' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Westfall's loss dropped their record down to 12-12. As for Northwest, they are on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 12 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-4 record this season.

Westfall does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Northwest, they will challenge Wellston at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Golden Rockets will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something the Mohawks surely won't give up without a fight.
