The third road matchup was the charm for Fairview, as they earned their first away victory of the season. They came out on top against the Camden Central Lions by a score of 42-35 on Friday. The win continues a trend for the Yellowjackets in their matchups with the Lions: they've now won eight in a row.

Jax McCoy threw for 184 yards and two touchdowns while completing 73.3% of his passes. Deshaun Brown was his top target, picking up 55 receiving yards and one TD. On the ground, Julius Carter rushed for 125 yards and a pair of scores on only nine carries.

Despite the loss, Camden Central still got an impressive performance from Jake Reynoldson, who threw for 173 yards and one touchdown, and also punched in one TD on the ground.

The victory was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 6-2. As for Camden Central, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-5.
