After a string of three wins, Mountain View's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They lost 3-0 to the Roosevelt Roughriders. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Roughriders this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

While Mountain View was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Roosevelt's winning margin in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-18, 25-19.

Among those leading the charge was Kinsey Wells, who had four digs and two aces.

Mountain View's loss dropped their record down to 9-13. As for Roosevelt, their record is now 15-7.

Mountain View wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Thompson Valley on the 29th. As for Roosevelt, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Wellington on the 29th.
