The result was nothing new for Uwharrie Charter Academy, who have now won 11 games by three goals or more so far this season.

Their offense was hitting Eastern Randolph from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Jazmin Palma led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for five goals all by herself.

Meanwhile, after soaring to seven goals the game before, Wheatmore was a bit more limited in their matchup on Thursday. They came up short against Bishop McGuinness, falling 10-1.

Uwharrie Charter Academy pushed their record up to 13-3 with the victory, which was their fifth straight on the road. The road wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 30 goals over those five contests. As for Wheatmore, their loss dropped their record down to 11-6.

Uwharrie Charter Academy was able to grind out a solid victory over Wheatmore in their previous meeting back in April, winning 3-1. Will the Eagles repeat their success, or do the Warriors have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
