Volleyball Recap: Benton Has No Trouble Against Hot Springs

Benton won the last time they faced Hot Springs and things went their way on Thursday too. The Panthers were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Trojans. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Panthers.

Benton was especially dominant in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-13, 25-18.

Bella Gonzalez paced Benton's offense, picking up 13 kills. Gonzalez got some help from Aniston Fox and her 18 assists. Gonzalez was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Benton's win bumped their record up to 11-4. As for Hot Springs, they moved to 8-2 with that loss, which also ended their eight-match winning streak.
