Guernsey-Sunrise came tearing into Friday's match with six straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Kaycee Buckaroos. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 two weeks ago.

AllyAnn Dimas paced Guernsey-Sunrise's offense, picking up 11 kills. Dimas got some help from Kamlee Collar and her 16 assists. Kierstyn Collar controlled things from the service line, finishing with seven aces.

Guernsey-Sunrise's win bumped their record up to 14-8. As for Kaycee, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Guernsey-Sunrise didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Dubois on the 10th. Kaycee has also already played their next matchup (against Rock River), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
