Recap: Frontier STEM vs. Training Center Christian
Frontier STEM lost against Training Center Christian back in November of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. Frontier STEM was beaten by the 64-32. Frontier STEM was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 36-15.
Creed Lopez was his usual excellent self, scoring 27 points along with six steals and five assists for Training Center Christian. Lopez is crushing the steal category: he's posted at least two every time he's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Dallas Doll, who almost dropped a double-double on 15 points and nine rebounds.
Frontier STEM's loss was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Training Center Christian, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 8-4.
Frontier STEM will be playing in front of their home fans against the Crusaders at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Training Center Christian, they will head out on the road to take on the at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are closely ranked in Missouri (Frontier School of Excellence is ranked 349th, while the are ranked 346th).
