Volleyball Recap: Summerville Bears vs. Linden Lions

Summerville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They came up short against the Linden Lions, falling 3-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Bears of the 3-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture on October 3rd.

While Summerville was not able to win a set, they sure kept things interesting: every set was decided by three points or less. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-23, 25-23.

Linden's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Bella Huerta, who had five aces and three digs.
