Volleyball Recap: Century Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Century, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Winona Winhawks on Tuesday. The win continues a trend for the Panthers in their matchups with the Winhawks: they've now won six in a row.

Century was especially dominant in the fourth set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-19, 16-25, 25-14.

Century found their leader in freshman Emma Greene, who had 16 digs and four aces. Another player making a difference was Jessica Li, who had eight digs and four assists.

Century was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 19 aces. That's the most aces they've managed all season.

The victory got Century back to even at 10-10. As for Winona, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-9.
