Softball Recap: Pahokee Falls to Royal Palm Beach in First Game of Season

Pahokee kicked off their season on the road on Thursday and hit a couple of potholes. They came up short against the Royal Palm Beach Wildcats, falling 15-5. The loss continues a trend for the Blue Devils in their meetings with the Wildcats: they've now lost six in a row.

The victory snapped Royal Palm Beach's losing streak at nine games dating back to last season and leaves them with a 1-5 record.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Pahokee will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Glades Central at 5:30 p.m. on March 19th. As for Royal Palm Beach, they will welcome Glades Day at 6:00 p.m. on March 13th.
