Basketball Recap: Coral Academy of Science - Reno Takes a Loss

Coral Academy of Science - Reno was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They had to suffer through a 87-19 loss at the hands of the Incline Highlanders. The Falcons were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 57-5.

Tommy Williams continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Incline, going 12 for 19 en route to 29 points in addition to eight assists and seven steals. The game was Williams' 18th in a row with at least ten points. Jayden Abbate was another key player, putting up 13 points.

Coral Academy of Science - Reno's loss dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Incline, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matches, which provided a nice bump to their 9-5 record this season.

Coral Academy of Science - Reno will take on West Wendover at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. West Wendover will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something Coral Academy of Science - Reno surely won't give up without a fight. Incline has already played their next contest, a 75-46 victory against North Tahoe on the 14th.
