Baseball Recap: Moore Catholic Takes a Loss

Moore Catholic lost against St. Raymond Boys back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Mavericks fell 6-3 to the Ravens.

Moore Catholic saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was MATTHEW DOYLE, who scored a run while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.

Moore Catholic now has a losing record of 3-4-1. As for St. Raymond Boys, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

Looking ahead, Moore Catholic will square off against St. Peter's at 4:15 p.m. on Thursday. The Eagles will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something the Mavericks surely won't give up without a fight. As for St. Raymond Boys, they will challenge Cardinal Hayes at 4:15 p.m. on Thursday. The Ravens are facing the Cardinals at the right time seeing as the Cardinals are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
