Volleyball Recap: Beech Grove's Win Ends Six-Game Losing Streak on the Road

Beech Grove's game on Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. They came out on top against the Martinsville Artesians by a score of 3-1. This was payback for the Hornets, who suffered a 3-0 loss the last time these two teams met.

The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 18-25, 25-21, 25-21.

Ryker LeTourneau paced Beech Grove's offense, picking up 14 kills. LeTourneau got some help from Aidyn Collins and his 26 assists. LeTourneau was also solid from the service line: he led the team with seven aces.

Beech Grove's win ended a six-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-8. As for Martinsville, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-6.
