Baseball Recap: Oswego Comes Up Short

Oswego was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They came up short against the Marais des Cygnes Valley Trojans, falling 21-6. Unfortunately, that's the first time they've come up short against the Trojans this season, with their most recent defeat being a 10-0 loss on Thursday.

Oswego's defeat dropped their record down to 4-12. As for Marais des Cygnes Valley, their victory ended a nine-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 5-13.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Trojans beat Oswego by a score of 10-0 later that day.
