Volleyball Recap: St. Catherine of Siena Academy Comes Up Short

St. Catherine of Siena Academy suffered their biggest loss since September 25, 2024 on Tuesday. They came up short against the Stevenson Spartans, falling 3-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Athletes of the 2-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2023.

St. Catherine of Siena Academy's loss dropped their record down to 4-2-1. As for Stevenson, they picked up their first road win, bumping their record up to 5-7.

After both having extra time off, St. Catherine of Siena Academy and Lumen Christi Catholic will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 6:30 p.m. on September 3. As for Stevenson, they will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Hart at 12:00 p.m. on September 6.
