Basketball Game Preview: Millburn Millers vs. Science Park Chargers

The Millburn Millers will head out to challenge the Science Park Chargers at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Millburn has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.

Millburn is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. Couldn't have asked for a better way to wrap up 2024 than the 51-19 stomp they got against Kennedy Memorial. The victory was some much needed relief for the Millers as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Meanwhile, Science Park's undefeated season came to an end after four games on Saturday. They had to suffer through a 73-40 loss at the hands of University. The matchup marked the Chargers' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Millburn's win bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Science Park, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 4-1.

Millburn strolled past Science Park in their previous matchup back in January of 2023 by a score of 46-31. Will Millburn repeat their success, or does Science Park have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
