Volleyball Recap: Palmer Finds Home Court Redemption Against Keene

There's no place like home for Palmer, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Friday. They came out on top against the Keene Chargers by a score of 3-1 on Tuesday. This was a revenge game for the Bulldogs: when they faced off against the Chargers back in September, they had to take a 3-0 defeat.

While Palmer might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Keene scored at least 21 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 17-25, 25-21, 25-22.

Kayleigh Easley paced Palmer's offense, picking up 18 kills. Easley got some help from Kinsli Plough and her 25 assists. Harley Ellis controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Palmer's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 23-9. As for Keene, they now have a losing record of 10-11.

Coincidentally, Palmer and Keene will both be playing Grandview the next time they take the court. The Bulldogs will head out to face the Zebras at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, while the Chargers will host them at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
