Volleyball Game Preview: Billerica Memorial Indians vs. Dracut Middies

For the first time this season, Billerica Memorial will have a chance to prove themselves in a conference matchup. They will be playing at home against the Dracut Middies at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Dracut took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Billerica Memorial, who comes in off a win.

On Friday, Billerica Memorial beat Innovation Academy 3-1. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Indians.

Meanwhile, Dracut was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to Chelmsford.

The final score came out to 25-8, 25-10, 25-8.

Billerica Memorial's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Dracut, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-3.

Billerica Memorial took their win against Dracut when the teams last played back in May of 2024 by a conclusive 3-0 score. Do the Indians have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Middies turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
