Baseball Recap: Belle Plaine Comes Up Short

After some red-hot attacks at the plate in their last three matchups, Belle Plaine finally came back down to earth on Tuesday. They came up short against the Iowa Valley Tigers, falling 17-2. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tigers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 17-14 last Wednesday.

Belle Plaine's loss dropped their record down to 8-10. As for Iowa Valley, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-9.
