Basketball Recap: West Clermont Skates Past St. Ursula Academy with Ease

You can't lose the game if you win every quarter, and that was precisely West Clermont's strategy against St. Ursula Academy on Monday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that the Wolves blew the Bulldogs out of the water with a 78-25 final score. The matchup was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point the Wolves had established a 40-point advantage.

Bella Swisshelm was a one-woman wrecking crew as she went 9-for-16 en route to 19 points in addition to eight boards and seven steals. Another player making a difference was Layla Hale, who posted 12 points and three steals.

West Clermont was working as a unit and finished the game with 23 assists. That's the most assists they've posted since the start of last season.
