Basketball Recap: Three Straight Road Wins for Bishop Guertin

Bishop Guertin won the last time they faced Keene and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Bishop Guertin Cardinals enjoyed a cozy 65-46 victory over the Keene Blackbirds. The Cardinals pushed the score to 52-29 by the end of the third, a deficit the Blackbirds cut but never quite recovered from.

Bishop Guertin pushed their record up to 15-4 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 67.0 points over those games. As for Keene, their loss dropped their record down to 9-9.

Coming up, Bishop Guertin will host Timberlane at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Bishop Guertin knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past three contests -- so hopefully Timberlane likes a good challenge. As for Keene, they will venture away from home to challenge Dover at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Dover will roll in looking for their eighth straight victory, something Keene surely won't give up without a fight.
