Soccer Recap: Hubbard Comes Up Short

Hubbard entered their match against Northside on Wednesday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Greyhounds fell just short of the Mustangs by a score of 1-0. The contest was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but Hubbard couldn't quite close it out.

Hubbard's loss dropped their record down to 7-3. As for Northside, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-5-2 record this season.

Hubbard will square off against York at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Northside, they will challenge Amundsen at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Amundsen will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something Northside surely won't give up without a fight.
