Soccer Recap: Lower Richland Takes a Loss

Lower Richland lost against Lewisville back in March of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Lower Richland Diamond Hornets lost 3-0 to the Lewisville Lions. The Diamond Hornets have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Lower Richland's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Lewisville, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-3 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lower Richland will square off against Hartsville at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Lewisville, they will challenge Governor's School for Science & Math at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Lewisville is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 2.6 goals per game this season.
