Cypress Ranch waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 4-2 victory over the Waller Bulldogs.

Cypress Ranch pushed their record up to 16-3-1 with the win, which was their third straight at home. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.3 runs on average over those games. As for Waller, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-12-1 record this season.
