North Valleys had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 14.8 runs) and they went ahead and made it five on Saturday. The home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 14.3 runs over those games. As for Hug, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-12.
