Basketball Recap: Port Jervis Takes a Loss

After flying high against Liberty last Thursday, Port Jervis came back down to earth. The Port Jervis Raiders were outmatched by the Delaware Valley Warriors and fell 54-18. The loss was the Raiders' first of the season.

Port Jervis dropped their record down to 3-1 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Delaware Valley, their victory ended a six-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 3-5.

Port Jervis and Eldred will round out the year against one another at at 1:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Delaware Valley, they will square off against Abington Heights at 6:45 p.m. on Friday.
