Soccer Recap: Academy of Notre Dame Takes a Loss

Academy of Notre Dame was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Nashoba Valley Tech Vikings. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Nashoba Valley Tech this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 8-0 back in September.

Academy of Notre Dame's defeat dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Nashoba Valley Tech, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-2-1 record this season.

Academy of Notre Dame will challenge Greater Lowell Tech at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Nashoba Valley Tech, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Cathedral at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
