Baseball Recap: Volunteer Takes a Loss

Volunteer fell victim to Hazard and their airtight pitching crew on Wednesday. They lost 10-0 to the Bulldogs / Lady Bulldogs. The Falcons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Volunteer saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Brycen Feagins, who went 1-for-2 with one double.

Volunteer's loss dropped their record down to 5-12. As for Hazard, the win keeps they at an undefeated 8-0.

Coming up, Volunteer will welcome Unaka at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Hazard, they are taking a road trip to challenge Tennessee at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The Bulldogs / Lady Bulldogs are facing the Vikings at the right time seeing as the Vikings are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
