Baseball Game Preview: Auburn Trojans vs. Mt. Rainier Rams

For the second straight game, Auburn will face off against Mt. Rainier. The Trojans will look to defend their home field on Wednesday against the Rams at 7:00 p.m.

Having struggled with five losses in a row, Auburn turned things around against Mt. Rainier on Tuesday. They skirted past the Rams 3-2.

Robbie Coma was excellent, going 2-for-3 with three RBI and one double. Alec Smetheram was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-4.

Auburn's win was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 2-9. As for Mt. Rainier, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-5.
