It's playoff time, and Maple Mountain had no trouble coming through when it counted. Everything went their way against the Taylorsville Warriors on Friday as they made off with a 3-0 win. The victory was nothing new for the Golden Eagles as they're now sitting on nine straight.

Trey Thornton paced Maple Mountain's offense, picking up eight kills. Thornton got some help from Taft Hillman and his 23 assists. Finally, Hillman was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high five blocks.

Maple Mountain's record is now 26-1. As for Taylorsville, the defeat snapped their winning streak at seven games and leaves them with a 14-13 record.
